Like everything else, agriculture is constantly changing. The number of US farms hasn’t changed much in the past couple decades, farms are becoming much more diverse. Farms are getting much smaller or much bigger, and more and more farms are owned by women and minorities. Organic and specialty crops are popping up. Growing local is becoming more popular.
